Return Policy
- Product information is subject to change or update without prior notice, and prices may be adjusted accordingly.
- Unless the delivered goods fail to conform to the order, all products are non-returnable.
- If the goods sustain superficial damage during transit (including but not limited to minor creasing or dents) that does not impair normal use, or if the goods have been used, damaged, modified, or destroyed, no return or exchange will be accepted.
- Images displayed on the online store are for illustrative purposes only. Owing to variations in display screens or pixel resolution, the actual product may differ slightly from the image. Such differences shall not constitute grounds for return.
- If the items you receive have quality issues or are incorrect, please send an email to eshop@worldvision.org.hk with your order no. and pictures of your item within 3 days upon receipt. Items must be returned with all the original tag, label and packaging.
- Please note that only one exchange request can be made per order.
- World Vision Hong Kong reserves the right of final determination on all matters.
NOT Accepting Exchanges Under Following Circumstances:
- Goods received for more than 3 days.
- The product has been opened (except deterioration) or used.
- Product that is not in original condition, damaged or fragmented.
- Product that already shown not accepted for return or with special discount.
- Any free gifts, accessories and trial gifts.
- If there is any dispute, World Vision Hong Kong reserves the right of final decision.
