In 2025, World Vision Hong Kong created The Grainville, a comic story series that helps people understand the stark reality of hunger. In The Grainville, villagers lived peacefully until one day B Corn heard the voices of hungry children through the headphones. This discovery inspired B Corn, Batata Batata, Captain Bean and Care Wheat to recognise that a food crisis existed beyond their village.
In 2026, we launched The Grainville product series to encourage everyone to care for hungry children in their daily lives. One simple way to show your support is by carrying The Grainville mysterious keyrings. There are 10 different designs, distributed at random, each featuring a unique The Grainville character with their words, including:

World Vision has always been dedicated to working hand in hand with communities and partners worldwide to tackle the hunger crisis fuelled by climate change, conflict, and poverty. Our work provides emergency food assistance and helps families and children overcome malnutrition.
